About SSIP

The Student Start-Up and Innovation Policy (SSIP) aims to empower students with innovative ideas and entrepreneurial mindset to contribute towards Aatmanirbhar Gujarat. The Government of Gujarat provides structured support, mentorship, and financial assistance to student innovators through this policy.

ADIT acts as a mentoring and incubation institution, supporting students from idea conception to Proof of Concept (PoC) and commercialization.

Idea Submission Process

Discuss the idea with respective department faculty
Departmental review and HOD recommendation
Submission of structured proposal to SSIP Cell
Evaluation by SSIP Internal Committee
Approval and funding eligibility
Ethical, original, and IP-compliant work
Revision and resubmission if required
