Empowering Education through Remote Sensing and Geospatial Technologies
We are very glad to inform you that A. D. Patel Institute of Technology (ADIT) is now a Network Institute of the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), Dehradun — a part of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).
The outreach programme enables live and interactive learning in Remote Sensing, GIS, GNSS, and related geospatial technologies. These sessions are conducted through the Internet and A-VIEW platform (developed by Amrita e-Learning Lab with MHRD). The initiative aims to build capacity and awareness among students, researchers, and professionals in emerging space-based technologies.
The live sessions are conducted by experts from IIRS-ISRO and other premier knowledge institutions. These programs are available at no cost to the participants and cover theoretical and practical insights into geospatial sciences.
IIRS also conducts theme-oriented online courses and monthly webinars on recent geospatial topics. Participants are encouraged to actively engage in these programs.
