About the Committee

The Charutar Vidya Mandal University has constituted a grievance cell to eradicate any kind of caste-based discrimination pertaining to the students, teachers and non-teaching staff belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Class.

The cell addresses academic and non-academic issues related to complaints received from the students/teachers or non-teaching staff in reserved categories.

The students, teachers and non-teaching staff of the Charutar Vidya Mandal University can submit complaint related to discrimination by filling the google form given in the following link.

Resolution Process

Any complaint received from the students/teachers or non-teaching staff will be resolved by the SC/ST/OBC Grievance Cell after validation of all the facts and the resolution of the cell will be communicated to the plaintiff.

ચારુતર વિદ્યા મંડળ યુનિવર્સિટીએ અનુસૂચિત જાતિ, અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિ અને અન્ય પછાત વર્ગના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ, શિક્ષકો અને બિન-શૈક્ષણિક કર્મચારીઓને લગતા કોઈપણ પ્રકારના જાતિ-આધારિત ભેદભાવને નાબૂદ કરવા માટે ફરિયાદ સેલની રચના કરી છે.

આ સેલ અનામત વર્ગોમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ/શિક્ષકો અથવા બિન-શિક્ષણ કર્મચારીઓ તરફથી મળેલી ફરિયાદો સંબંધિત શૈક્ષણિક અને બિન-શૈક્ષણિક મુદ્દાઓને સંબોધે છે.

ચારૂતર વિદ્યા મંડળ યુનિવર્સિટીના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ, શિક્ષકો અને નોન-ટીચિંગ સ્ટાફ નીચેની લિંકમાં આપેલ ગૂગલ ફોર્મ ભરીને ભેદભાવ સંબંધિત ફરિયાદ સબમિટ કરી શકે છે.

નિરાકરણ પ્રક્રિયા

વિદ્યાર્થીઓ/શિક્ષકો અથવા નોન-ટીચિંગ સ્ટાફ તરફથી મળેલી કોઈપણ ફરિયાદનું નિરાકરણ SC/ST/OBC સ્ટુડન્ટ્સ ગ્રીવન્સ સેલ દ્વારા તમામ હકીકતોની માન્યતા પછી કરવામાં આવશે અને સેલના નિરાકરણની જાણ વાદીને કરવામાં આવશે.

Committee meetings are held on the first Monday of every month at 3:00 PM in the Administrative Block, Room No. 205.
