ADIT believes in inculcating right attitude in the minds of young students and develop them as individuals who have the innate desire not just to succeed in their own lives but also to contribute meaningfully to societal development in all possible spheres.

To this purpose, regular industry interaction helps students greatly in career development, developing leadership qualities and making them aware of actual industry functioning.

ADIT has an Industry Institute Interaction and Placement Cell - IIIP to bridge the gap between Industries & the Institute. The cell is having active support and participation of all heads through faculty representatives from each department.

Formation of student coordinators for the placement activities
Organizing pre-placement visits to perspective companies
Invitation to potential corporates and industries to visit the campus
Arranging expert talks and Lectures / Symposium/ Seminars by Industry experts
Arranging training and internship programs, Industrial Tours and visits
Developing corporate relationship and rapport with the potential recruiters
Organizing grooming and training session for employability skills enhancement
