About Event

An industrial visit to Torrent Power Limited was organized for the Third-Year and Fourth-Year Mechanical Engineering students of A. D. Patel Institute of Technology with the objective of providing meaningful industrial exposure and strengthening the connection between academic learning and practical engineering applications. The visit was particularly relevant to Mechanical Engineering students as it enabled them to correlate subjects such as Heat Transfer, Power Plant etc.

Objectives of the Event

• To provide students with practical exposure to the functioning of a professional power utility.
• To develop an understanding of the fundamental processes involved in power generation, transmission and distribution.
