About Faculty
Maharshi Thakkar is an Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department since August 2016. He has done B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from BVM Engineering College, M.E. in Thermal Engineering, and is currently pursuing his PhD from The Charutar Vidya Mandal (CVM) University. His academic and research interests are focused on Bio-Energy systems, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), Multi-phase Heat Transfer and Internal Combustion (IC) engines, with particular emphasis on sustainable and energy-efficient technologies.
