Dr. Bhatt completed Bachelor of Engineering with specialization in Computer Engineering from C.U. Shah College of Engineering & Technology, Surendranagar, Gujarat, India in the year 2002. Prof. Bhatt completed Masters in Engineering with computer engineering as specialization from Dharmsinh Desai University, , Nadiad, Gujarat, India in the year 2004. He did his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Rai University. He has published over 50 research papers in reputed international journals and conferences. . Dr. Bhat major field of study covers Image Processing and Data Mining.
