About Faculty
Mr. Prabhat K Mahour, has completed his B.Tech. in Food Technology from Jaipur National University, Jaipur (2015-2019). He completed his M.Tech. in Food Technology from F.E.T.R.B.S., Agra (AKTU Lucknow) during 2019-2021. In August 2022, he joined the Ph.D. program in the Food Technology department at Harcourt Butler Technical University, Kanpur, as a Full-Time Research Scholar, where currently he has submitted his Ph.D. thesis.
Moreover, he has also qualified UGC NET. He has published 5 Research Papers in reputed Indexed Journals (SCI/Scopus).
