About Faculty
Dr. Deep P. Patel has obtained his B.Tech. in Agricultural Engineering from NAU, Navsari in 2017, where he was awarded the Vice-Chancellor’s Gold Medal. He completed his M.Tech. and Ph.D. with specialization in Processing and Food Engineering from MPUAT, Udaipur, Rajasthan, and was awarded the prestigious CSIR Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) for his doctoral research.
He has authored 15 original research and review papers in reputed national and international journals, 5 book chapters, and 9 popular articles. He is a Life Member of the Indian Society of Agricultural Engineers (ISAE),New Delhi
