Submit your paper through Microsoft CMT

Where to Submit?

We use the Microsoft CMT (Conference Management Toolkit) service for managing the peer-reviewing process. This service is provided for free by Microsoft.

CMT submission link will open on: April 1, 2026

Unregistered authors should first create an account on Microsoft CMT.

How to Submit?

  1. Step 1: Create an account on Microsoft CMT
  2. Step 2: Log in to your CMT account
  3. Step 3: Search for "ICAT 2026" conference
  4. Step 4: Click on "Create new submission"
  5. Step 5: Upload your paper (PDF/DOCX format)
  6. Step 6: Fill in author details and submit

Note: Email submissions will not be accepted.

Microsoft CMT Acknowledgment

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Pre-Submission Checklist

  • Paper formatted according to IEEE template
  • Maximum 8 pages
  • All authors' names and affiliations correctly spelled
  • No page numbers, headers, or footers
  • All figures and tables are clear and legible
  • References properly cited and formatted
  • Paper checked for plagiarism (similarity < 20%)
  • All authors have reviewed the final version
