Manuscript Preparation

  • Papers must be original and not submitted to any other conference/journal.
  • Use the IEEE conference template as Paper Format and style - Download Template
  • Format: PDF, DOCX, or LaTeX.
  • Maximum length: 6 pages (including tables, equations, figures and references).
  • Single-spaced, double column format.
  • Font: Times New Roman, 10pt for main text.
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.

Plagiarism Policy

All authors/researchers are expected to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity and originality in their submissions. The organizers of ICSSSD 2026 regard plagiarism as serious professional misconduct. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism using professional software. Papers with similarity index exceeding 15% (excluding references) will be rejected without review.

Originality

Submissions must represent original work that has not been previously published and is not currently under review by any other conference or journal. Any submission that is found to violate this policy will be immediately rejected.

Submission Process

How to Submit?

  • Step 1: Register an account on Microsoft CMT
  • Step 2: Log in to your CMT account
  • Step 3: Search for "ICSSSD 2026" conference
  • Step 4: Click on "Create new submission"
  • Step 5: Upload your paper (PDF/DOCX format)
  • Step 6: Fill in author details and submit

Paper Presentation

  • Duration: 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A
  • Format: PowerPoint or PDF
  • Language: English
  • At least one author must register and present
